Starting in 1994, Raoul's opened for
business on 1960 and quickly claimed fame in
the Champions area with their unique menu of
custom family Italian dishes. Desiring
to capitalize on the Klein area, which was
lacking a quality Italian restaurant Raoul
moved the restaurant to a Louetta location.
The interior decorations, the music and the
attire of the personnel make the ambiance
fitting for romantic settings, family
get-togethers and celebrations. The
music is traditional Italian music that
creates the feeling of being in the old
country plus the restaurant offers live
music on the weekends. The ambiance
prepares the patrons for what is to come,
which is the food and service. Some dishes
are known but created in a unique Italian
fashion such as the restaurant's Pollo
Cordon Blue. Raoul's Italian
Restaurant offers the best of gourmet
Italian especially with their Friday night
offer of Osso Buco, a traditional Italian
dish of slow cooked veal shank and served
with a sauce created from the veal
drippings, white wine and chicken stock.
Leading to a Tuscan traditional grilling
menu, Raoul's Italian Grill is a seafood
lover's paradise with specialty dishes such
as papalina diamonte made with
